I am originally from the Lake District, and head back to visit whenever I have a free weekend. I am trying to walk all the Wainwright fells before I am 30, currently I have done 47/214! A long way to go. When I’m not walking I still try to get outside as much as possible, paddleboarding or playing with my dog Pepper in the garden.
I love the ocean and really want to help to protect it. I love being at the beach or being out on a boat and I’ve been lucky to visit some amazing places through work and also in my free time! Some of my favourites are New Quay (Wales), Greece, Croatia, Cornwall and the Isle of Tiree!

I work with my colleagues in our Edinburgh office to deliver Environmental Impact Assessments for wind farm developers. This basically means looking at what is in the sea (fish, marine mammals, shipping routes or even people like you!) and the effects that wind farms might have on them.
